Chuko is another place that I can't believe I never reviewed. For a good while, Chuko was my fave, eat-in, ramen restaurant in Brooklyn. It's cute and cozy even when there's a crowd. When I'm there, I pull up to the bar and order hot, delicious ramen with a cold can of ginger ale. It's been so long since my last visit-like yearrrs. It's currently freezing outside. I could really go for a steaming, hot bowl of spicy Miso ramen with a pork bun right now!

We came out here to try the ramen. It was a cozy little place. Recommend it for a date night. The shrimp bun was so crunch so def recommend if you're into crunchy textures.

I really love this ramen! I've had the sesame garlic ramen and the soy ramen and it is excellent. It's a very unique, savory tasting ramen, like nothing I've really had before. I also love the ambiance of the interior. It's a really cool place to hang, and the staff is very friendly. Also happy hour runs until 7:30 and you get a free Sapporo with any entree. How cool is that! Prices are reasonable, although I wish they included meat in the ramen without the extra cost.

Great food and service for the price. Seated right away on a Tuesday evening. Water refills and food were prompt. Ambiance is casual, clean, and cozy. Kikusui red sake and Kirin lager available, among other japanese alcohol. Sesame garlic ramen with ground pork, extra egg, woodear mushroom, and side of chili oil: 5/5. A great bowl of ramen. Excellent broth with great sides. Among my favorites. Pickled vegetables: 3/5. My friend's choice. They were fine, not memorable. Crispy brussels: 4.5/5. Very tasty. My choice. Liked the peppers (jalapenos or something similar) with them. My friend had the soy ramen and he said it was great. This is one of his top ramen joints in the area. I was visiting from out of town and was thoroughly pleased.
